Hello there people, my name is Henrik and I'm now up to a very big, world-wide movieproject which involves interviews with shufflers from all around the world. Now it sounds crazy that I should go around and interview you people from one country to another, but no, I shall not, I'm going to let you record yourself in front of the camera, answering a several pre-made questions.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqGPFbd6Wy4 - Is an illustration of the idea, if you're interested you could press the link instead of just hitting the backbutton, an embedded video will disformat the entire post.

I'm currently looking for people from Southern Europe, Asia, Australia, Malaysia, U.S.A, Canada, Mexico and Southern America.

The entire thing is a lot about that you do have your own opinions and can express yourself well in English.

Totally there's about 6-7 spots left in this movie and I want these participating people to be spread out as much as possible, there's no guarantees that you will be approved to the project with other words.
However, write in this thread or send me a PM and I will contact you, tell me where you are from and why you should be in this video!

I wish you all great luck!

with best regards from Henrik

So, what if people wanted to join? It's the attitude that's wrong m8! I think its a great idea, and a shame that people don't want to participate if they don't become famous or something...

Sadly im not eligible for this, but one question: what reward would participating shufflers recieve? Just the fame of being in some movie, or is there any other kind of reward?

Fame from being in his little video project he's most likely going to show his Tech class of 3 students and a pedo teacher.

I don't know what you're jibbering about, but I think I can answer most things for you.

1. I'm responsible for marketing the Swedish melbourne shuffle community, shuffling.se so of course this video will support that cause a lot, as all the Melbourne shuffle communities, who's participating in this project will be represented as a sponsor or something like that, as you're actually sponsoring me with people.

2. I already have about 8 people for this, I need about 12-13 to complete this as I want it, but I can leave this section and go for another community to recruit at in lack of interest. The current nationalities of the participators are Malaysia, Sweden, Germany and the U.S. though, none of them will be mentioned by name until the project is done.

3. This is not some kind of attentionwhoringvideothing as some of you seem to think. It's made as a fun project for the Melbourne shufflers to express their opinions about this everlasting discussion about styles, does it really matter? well we'll see when the video is released.

As well this isn't some kind of joke or unserious thing that won't be made, I've just bought myself a genuine version of sony vegas to produce this. Contact me via PM if you're interested of participating, tell me where you're from, give me your ambitions and link a little video of you shuffling as well.

Last chance, with best regards from Henrik.

I'd suggest if you want to make this look legit as possible, plan on accepting only high quality clips and make sure that when they're interviewing themselves, they have proper lighting, doesn't look like they're doing this in their bedroom, etc.

And consistency of camera angles, etc. So the interviews look similar, etc.

When people are assigning to this, I'm starting with contacting them, if they haven't contacted me first, the second step is that I'm handing over an instruction-sheet, which contains which resolution you should record in, where you should record etc. crap clips in bad lightning won't be approved at all, though that with the angle I didn't think of pointing out, in my eyes it's just so obvious that you record your upper upper body, like chest, head, shoulders, like a portrait, I'll add that to these who has been approved, thanks.

Do you want them to talk facing the camera, or act like someone's out of sight asking them questions and they're responding.. because I kinda liked that look in the Melbshuffle documentary.
